At Restaurant Alma 9, Winkler Gastro Solutions developed an open professional kitchen that meets demanding functional and aesthetic requirements. Because guests can see directly into the workspace, premium materials and a precise visual finish were essential. At the same time, the layout supports the preparation of a wide variety of international dishes and flexible workflows. The project combines modern restaurant kitchen design in South Tyrol with professional technology, efficient organisation and an authentic guest experience centred around the visible kitchen.
