For Gastronomie Unterlercher, Winkler Gastro Solutions created a versatile concept combining shop, restaurant and bar. Bar, commercial kitchen and refrigeration technology were planned and implemented as one integrated solution. A central work island and powerful wall-side cooking block form the heart of the kitchen. The challenge was to connect retail and gastronomy efficiently.
