As a company, we are not only responsible for the quality of our work, but also for the world in which we live – today and in the future. For us, sustainability is not a trend, but a conscious decision. It is a central component of our corporate philosophy and shapes our daily actions. 

Why sustainability is important to us.

Resources are finite – and that is precisely why we use them carefully. We take care to use environmentally friendly, durable and, as far as possible, regional solutions.

For us, sustainability also means social responsibility. We invest in the training of young people, promote fair cooperation within the team and cultivate long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. 

As the holders of the Level 1 sustainability label, we have successfully mastered the first step of the sustainable transformation and strive to make decisions that further develop our living space in a healthy way, fit for the future and for coming generations.

What are we doing specifically?

We work with suppliers to develop concepts for reducing packaging waste. 
We invest in hybrid and electric vehicles. 
Our employees have at their disposal a private accident insurance, cleaning of work clothes, trainings etc. to ensure that they feel comfortable and can develop further. 
We believe in lean processes and digitalise as much as possible.  
We work extensively with local partners and suppliers, because local cycles strengthen the economy and give us strength.   
We firmly believe in young people and the future. That is why we support numerous sports clubs. 
Fresh fruit is always available to our employees. 
As the holder of the Level 1 sustainability label, we have successfully mastered the first step of the sustainable transformation. We have also drawn up a greenhouse gas balance sheet for Scope 1 & 2.
