FAMILY AND COMMITMENT.

Winkler Ltd was founded in 1966 by Josef Winkler, who built up and managed the company together with his wife Liselotte. In 2000, their son Christian joined the company and is now running it with his partner Petra.
The Winkler family also includes their dedicated employees, who design and build durable workplace solutions for the hospitality industry with great passion and commitment. In 2026, the Bolzano Chamber of Commerce honoured the company on the occasion of its 60th anniversary.

Since its foundation, the company has continued to evolve. What has remained unchanged is the heart of Winkler Gastro Solutions: personal consultation, the highest quality standards and a passion for exceptional solutions. At the same time, we continuously invest in new technologies, energy-efficient systems and innovative equipment to provide our clients with future-ready solutions.
Our projects are developed in close collaboration with hoteliers, restaurateurs, architects and executive chefs. This intensive exchange enables us to create workplaces that meet the demands of day-to-day operations while satisfying the highest aesthetic standards.
