For Hotel Gampen, Winkler Gastro Solutions developed an open show kitchen with back kitchen and integrated Chef’s Table. The kitchen is a visible part of the guest experience, combining professional workflows with a welcoming atmosphere. A gold-toned cooking block creates a striking design feature and reinforces the hotel’s individual character. The project demonstrates how professional hotel kitchen design in South Tyrol can successfully combine efficiency, architecture and experiential gastronomy while supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
