For COMO Alpina Dolomites, Winkler Gastro Solutions planned and delivered the kitchen for the Alpina Chalet Grill & Bar. The centerpiece is a custom cooking block, complemented by two wall-side work areas with an integrated dishwashing zone in a distinctive special finish. The layout follows efficient workflows and the needs of an international cuisine with a regional South Tyrolean character.
