For Gasthof Dasser, Winkler Gastro Solutions planned and supplied a new professional bar that integrates seamlessly into the property’s interior design. Despite limited space, all functions of a modern gastronomy bar were incorporated. Materials and detailing reflect the cosy character of the inn and turn the bar into a central meeting point for guests. The project demonstrates how bespoke bar equipment in South Tyrol can combine professional workflows, atmosphere and efficient use of space, creating a compact yet fully functional hospitality solution.
